J Brows & Beauty 144 Cancellation, Rescheduling & Booking Policy At J Brows & Beauty 144, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Because permanent makeup and beauty services require dedicated time, preparation, and scheduling, we kindly ask that you review and respect the following policies before booking. Appointment Deposit * A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. * Your deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service. * Appointments are not confirmed until the required deposit has been received. 48-Hour Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy * We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. * If you cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit may be transferred one time to a new appointment date. * Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. * A new deposit will be required to schedule another appointment. Same-Day Booking & Cancellation * Same-day appointments are subject to availability. * If you schedule an appointment for the same day and later decide to cancel that appointment, your payment and/or deposit is non-refundable and cannot be transferred, regardless of how much notice is given. * Because that appointment time was reserved specifically for you and cannot typically be filled on short notice, same-day bookings are considered final. Late Arrival Policy * Please arrive on time for your appointment. * Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their appointment shortened or canceled based on the schedule. * If your appointment must be canceled due to late arrival, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook. No-Show Policy * Clients who fail to arrive for their appointment without notifying J Brows & Beauty 144 will forfeit their deposit. * No-show clients may be required to pay 100% of the service total upfront before booking any future appointments. Emergency Exceptions We understand that genuine emergencies can happen. If an emergency arises, please contact us as soon as possible. Any exception to this policy is made solely at the discretion of J Brows & Beauty 144.
